白癜风“告白行动”快乐课堂——探索优势，为己自豪

2024年7月13日，中国儿童少年基金会白癜风“告白行动”公益项目，在北京开展了一场主题为“美丽心灵 健康成长”的快乐课堂活动。来自不同地区的三十多名白癜风患儿与资深心理咨询师及皮肤科医生进行了亲切互动，并通过讲座了解白癜风的科学防治知识。

白癜风近年来发病有年轻化趋势，儿童青少年成为白癜风发病重要群体。很多白癜风儿童青少年存在一定程度的心理方面问题，性格封闭、不自信，不敢与人对话，无法有效融入团队，影响正常学习、生活、成长，阻碍家庭幸福。
据了解，白癜风“告白行动”是中国儿童少年基金会2015年4月在人民大会堂启动的白癜风公益救助项目，启动九年来，实施了关爱农村白癜风患儿下乡公益行、关爱困境白癜风青少年暑期拓展训练营、“益起告白一起爱”公益行、“美丽心灵，健康成长”快乐课堂等多个项目，为白癜风患者提供疾病救助,公益科普和心理援助等，已援助近千名白癜风患者。白癜风“告白行动”九周年之际，符合条件的白癜风患者可申请相关资助，详情：010-83890929。
本期课堂，史瑞萍中科院心理所心理健康应用中心老师针对白癜风孩子们的心理特点，设置了丰富的课程，让孩子们在温暖的课堂氛围中，提高心理适应能力，认识和探索自身优势，培养勇气和自信。

课堂上，史瑞萍老师以温和亲切的方式与孩子们交流互动，鼓励孩子们分享自己的兴趣、特长和成就。并通过“照镜子”、“画出心中的自己”等游戏和团体活动，引导和帮助孩子们探寻发掘自身优势，比如善良、聪明、勇敢等品质，认识自己独特闪光点，增强自我认同。
在史瑞萍老师耐心辅导下，孩子们逐渐敞开心扉，积极参与课堂活动。敢于表达自己内心世界，尝试与他人沟通、分享与合作。更重要的是，孩子们逐渐摆脱因白癜风导致的自卑和困惑，变得更加自信、阳光和积极。

“小朋友皮肤变白一定是白癜风吗”、“暑假期间养成哪些好习惯”、“得了白癜风压力大怎么疏导”、“暑期治疗白癜风需要注意哪些”......为了帮白癜风孩子和家长科学认识白癜风，正确有效防治，本期课堂，北京国丹白癜风医院冯素莲主任也开展面对面科普，着重围绕儿童青少年白癜风鉴别诊断、白癜风心理疏导，以及白癜风夏季科学治疗等讲解，耐心开展暑期白癜风防治指导。

夏季是白癜风复发扩散较多时期，也是白癜风防治关键期。夏季机体各器官功能比较活跃，白癜风患者进行内治，能更快调整脏腑、调和气血、改善免疫。而且夏季人体新陈代谢快，机体可以更好吸收药物，缩短治疗周期。特别儿童青少年白癜风学生，暑期时间相对充裕，方便安排时间集中治疗，强化疗效，达到事半功倍效果。
白癜风“告白行动”一直高度重视并加强白癜风患儿心理关爱、关注，与专业医学机构、心理机构共同关爱儿童青少年患者成长，开设心理辅导课以及白癜风知识普及，开展关爱白癜风孩子“美丽心灵·健康成长”快乐课堂。
